An egg poacher- definitely one of our more unusual framing requests! In the words of one of our valued Byard customers, here’s the story behind it…

“I recently bought a new egg poacher. Our old one was a wedding present forty-five years ago. It was completely battered, the plastic had melted from attempted Mother’s Day breakfasts made by my small children, and the lid didn’t even fit on properly anymore!

Now after throwing it out, my husband mentioned what I had done to the kids, who were appalled! They’d known that egg poacher their entire lives. So, without me knowing, my sneaky husband fished it out of the bin, took it to Byard Art and had it framed.

It was my birthday last week, and honestly, it’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever received.”
