What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard for online sales. Unfortunately, we aren’t equipped to take PayPal, American Express or accept cheques.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do, we are experienced at shipping art around the world.

I made an error when I submitted my order – how do I correct it?

If you’ve noticed an error after you have submitted your order please get in touch and we’ll correct it. Same goes for misspelled email addresses. Contact info@byardart.co.uk

Can I redeem a gift certificate online?

Unfortunately you cannot redeem gift certificate online at the moment. However please contact us on +44 (0)1223 464646 and we can arrange the purchase and use to the voucher over the telephone.

Do you offer a discount to the trade?

If you wish to purchase more than five works of art, framed or unframed, we will be happy to discuss the terms of our trade discounts. Drop us a line at info@byardart.co.uk

Shipping

When will my work be shipped?

Unframed prints will often be dispatched within seven days of the order being received. Other work will take up to fourteen days but we always endeavour to do it faster than this. If we are unable to ship within fourteen days we will email you with an estimated dispatch date and offering you the option to cancel your order. If you would like an express service please contact us first on info@byardart.co.uk and we will do our very best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched by our experienced courier company. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time however UK orders can usually be delivered within 48 hours — often sooner. International orders will depend upon the final destination.

Do I need to be home when the work is delivered?

Given the precious nature of your order, the courier will need a signature from somebody at the delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to offer worldwide shipping on all artwork.

For artwork with the exception of unframed prints please contact us for a quote. Prices will vary according to weight, size and destination country. Your item may also be liable for import duty, please check with us whether this is included in the quote.

How is the artwork packaged?

For UK shipping your artwork will be carefully packaged in the gallery by one of our experienced staff.

For international shipping each item is individually packaged by a specialist international art shipper.

Returns

Do you do returns?

We hope you’ll love anything you order from Byard Art, but if for any reason you have second thoughts on seeing the piece, you’re at liberty to return the item for a full refund or credit note. You need to get in touch with us within seven days of the artwork being delivered in order to arrange a return. Please see our Returns section for the terms of our Returns Policy.

What should I do if I receive a damaged work?

Please contact us straight away. You’ll need to send us details of the damage plus photos. We’ll then arrange for the refund or replacement of the artwork. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order at any point prior to dispatch. Email us at info@byardart.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 1223 464646 and we will ensure it is cancelled and your card refunded.

Gift Certificates

How do Artful Gift Certificates work?

Byard Art Gift certificates are perfect for giving someone the gift of art while they get to choose it themselves. We can issue a gift certificate for any amount you would like. If the chosen artwork costs more than the gift certificate, the customer pays the balance. If it costs less, it’s money in the bank for their next acquisition.

How long do Gift Certificates remain valid for?

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months, after which point they expire.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Unfortunately you can’t redeem a gift certificate online at the moment. However if you call us on +44 (0) 1223 464646 we can arrange for it to be redeemed over the telephone. You will then need to send us the gift certificate and once we have received and verified it we will dispatch your artwork.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

How do I find out my remaining balance on my gift certificate?

Gift Lists

How do Byard Art Gift Lists work?

A Byard Gift List enables you to invite family and friends to gift money either towards a special piece of original art you have chosen, or into a credit account so that you can choose something at your leisure.

1. Gift List
   We have a wide range of original art suitable for all budgets and tastes. Come and visit us and peacefully browse our paintings, sculpture, glass, ceramics and mixed media to choose one or more specific items that you would like to include on your list.
2. Gift Account
   We have an ever changing selection of art in the gallery so we can set up a gift account for you, at the end of which you will receive a gift voucher. You can then use this at your leisure when something catches your eye.

How do I set up a Byard Art Gift List?

Either give us a call on +44 (0) 1223 464646 and we can sort it out over the telephone or else pop into the gallery and we can sort it out in person.

How do I find out how much is in my Gift Account?

Either give us a call and we can update you, or alternatively we can send you regular updates via email.

How do I tell my guests about my Gift List or Account?

When it is time to send out your invitations we can either give you inserts to enclose or you can simply print your unique gift list number on your invitations. Guests can then either ring or visit the gallery in person to make their contribution.

How will I know who has contributed to my Gift List/Account

We will give you a list of all contributors at the time of the list closure making those all important thank you letters easy to write.

Artist Submissions

How do I have my artworks displayed in the gallery?

To submit your artwork for consideration for an exhibition in the gallery we ask that you get in contact via email, submissions@byardart.co.uk.  We would ask for 8 – 10 low-resolution images of your works alongside an artist statement and CV.

Due to the high volume of submissions we receive if you do not here from us regrettably your work is not suitable for our exhibition programme and we wish you all the best in finding a suitable outlet for your artwork.
