“In my paintings I have tried to capture a sense of distance, I want the viewer to feel they are standing in a field of flowers or on the beach looking out to the horizon.”

Vanessa creates vibrant landscapes using a range of mixed media, materials and techniques. Grandaughter to the Bloomsbury artist Alfred Jobson Brown, she comes from a highly artistic background and was introduced to painting from a young age.

The artist works from her studio in Kent, close to the River Medway. She exhibits her paintings through prestigious galleries across the UK that showcase her work as far as New York, Toronto and Singapore.
