Returns policy

We hope you’ll love anything you buy from Byard Art, but we understand that you may have second thoughts when your new artwork arrives.

  1. Contact us at returns@https://byardart.co.uk or on 01223 464646 within one week of the arrival of the artwork and we will make the necessary arrangements.
  2. All returns are free of charge.
  3. We’ll either send you a return postage label or arrange a pick up by courier.
  4. Repack the art in its original packaging and get it to us within 30 days. Once the artwork has been checked and the return accepted, your card will be refunded.

To enable us to maintain a free returns policy you need to abide by requests of our own.

  • Artwork must be returned in its original supplied packaging.
  • Artwork needs to be returned in perfect condition – unless the artwork was damaged before or during delivery (in which case, see below). Please make extra sure you don’t get fingerprints or other marks on the artwork, since this will invalidate the return.
  • And thirdly, the artwork needs to be returned via our specified courier.

Damaged prints

You should expect anything you order from Byard Art to arrive with you in perfect condition. However, should your artwork be damaged on its way to you, please let us know immediately. Email returns@https://byardart.co.uk with a description of the damage, and if possible, send us a picture. We will then arrange for the return and replacement of the artwork.
