Fresh Art Fair 2026: Byard Art Returns to Alexandra Palace

As London prepares to welcome the return of one of its most beloved art events, Byard Art is delighted to announce our participation in Fresh Art Fair 2026 at the iconic Alexandra Palace. Running from 30th January to 1st February, with an exclusive Private View Evening on Thursday 29th January, this year’s fair promises to be bigger and more inspiring than ever.

Fresh Art Fair has established itself as London’s friendliest art fair, and it’s not difficult to see why. Unlike the sometimes intimidating atmosphere of traditional art fairs, Fresh creates an environment where discovering and purchasing art feels accessible, enjoyable, and genuinely exciting. This year’s event will showcase over 75 leading galleries under one magnificent roof, offering visitors an unparalleled opportunity to explore contemporary art from both rising stars and world-renowned names.

What to Expect at Byard Art’s Stand A1

At Byard Art, we’re thrilled to be returning to stand A1, where we’ll be presenting a carefully curated selection of works that exemplify the diverse and dynamic nature of our gallery programme. Our exhibition will span multiple mediums, including captivating mixed media pieces, richly textured oil paintings, and striking sculptures that push the boundaries of form and material.

Among the highlights visitors can expect to see are works by Emma Jean Kemp, whose sculptural pieces continue to captivate audiences with their exploration of balance, movement, and human connection. Kemp’s bronze-effect resin sculptures, including pieces from her celebrated series such as ‘Stretching Boundaries’ and ‘When You Put Your Mind to It’, demonstrate her masterful ability to capture fleeting moments of grace and determination.

We’ll also be showcasing the distinctive style of Antoine Josse, whose mixed media works combine whimsy with profound emotional depth. His pieces, with their characteristic floating figures and poetic French titles, invite viewers into dreamlike narratives that speak to universal themes of freedom, connection, and the passage of time.

Oil painting enthusiasts will find much to admire in the works of Holly Razavi and Rob Walker. Razavi’s evocative coastal landscapes capture the essence of the British seaside with a contemporary twist, whilst Walker’s still life compositions demonstrate a classical mastery of light, colour, and composition that feels both timeless and utterly contemporary.

For those drawn to conceptual art, Alison Stockmarr’s book-based mixed media pieces offer a fascinating exploration of literature, memory, and visual storytelling. Her work transforms vintage books into three-dimensional artworks that bridge the gap between the literary and visual arts.

The setting of Alexandra Palace adds an extra dimension of grandeur to the event. The combination of historic setting and cutting-edge contemporary work creates a unique dynamic that few art fairs can match.
